Immigration Consulting Company Hiring Marketing Representative & Case Processor
Location: Richmond & Burnaby
Pay: Basic Salary plus Commission
Job Duties:
• Maintain strong working relationship with all clients and colleagues. Be able to assist
immigration consultant to obtain clients' documentation required for their immigration
status;
• Develop new business cooperation relationships to boost sales
• Keep updated of the new immigration programs and increase clients’ awareness
• Double-check Office clerk’s work accuracy and approve completed projects due
• Deal with trouble and problems occurs when communicating with clients or co-workers in
other department of the company;
• Co-ordinate and assign work to Office Clerks engaged in customer service works;
• Maintain the company client base system and client filing system to keep the confidentiality of the
clients’ information;
• Report to Vice – Director for shortage of office supplies and make sure the normal operation of
the company;
• Resolve other the work-related problems;
• Ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct;
• Manage the case processing of the office under assigned. Make sure that clients' files and
application meet all deadlines;
• Weekly report the sales of the office under supervision to General Manager/ Director of the
company as needed, in case that there are balances due upon completion of the case processing;
• Identify the training needs of the staff and train the staff working for the office under assigned as
needed;
• Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee
Requirement:
• Post Secondary School or above
• Great Responsibility
• Strong communication skills
• English reading skills
• Mandarin or Cantonese as an asset
