Responsibilities:
• Actively contact with local businesses to promote our third part cooperation program
• Train local businesses to open stores on our e-commerce platform
• Maintain superior and courteous service to promote products and expand customer relationship
• Provide exceptional first level client support on our e-commerce platform
• Become an advocate for our clients and work collaboratively with other departments within the organization to find solutions to problems and ensure timely resolution of escalations.
Requirements:
• Excellent Communication Skill
• 1 year sales or customer service experience
• Fluent in a second language such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Japanese is an asset
• Professional manner
