Helios Roofing and Waterproofing Ltd is a construction company located in Burnaby, BC. We are looking for an experienced sales representative to join our team. This position will be available to start in late February 2019.

Position: Full-time Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement and sales plans and forecast to achieve corporate objectives for products and services
• Monitor and analyze competitor products, sales and marketing activities
• Quote and sell within company guidelines, following policies and procedures
• Generate sales strategies to expand sales accounts using existing and potential customer networks
• Set, track and meet/exceed sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
• Monitor sales metrics (e.g. monthly/quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
• Manage territories and accounts; establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Build trust, loyalty and solid long-term relationships with key decision-makers
• Travel to visit key customers may required
• Work with other departments to craft and deploy effective and intelligent sale campaigns
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Diploma or higher education background (Major in marketing, business or related discipline preferred)
• Previous sales experience is an asset, especially in roofing or construction industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Chinese)
• Initiative and eager to learn
• Able to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Organized, dependable and meticulous, with excellent time management skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, various social media
• Ability to retain active attitude and possess a strong work ethic
• Must be a team player and able to work effectively with minimum supervision.

Salary: Depend on candidate’s working experience. Group benefits coverage after 3 months’ probation period. 4% vacation pay.
