Express Employment Professionals, Delta, is hiring for a full time speaking Customer Support / Administration for a Richmond, BC branch of a leading health food distribution company with head office in USA. The ideal candidate is energetic, outgoing, customer-service oriented and can communicate in Chinese, and English as they a large Chinese clientele locally. This is a maternity leave of 1 year to 1.5 year period of time but likely to have long term opportunity as well. Person with under a year of administrative experience but the right customer service attitude are welcome!
Requirements:
*Offer customer service through email, phone or walk-in clients
* Administrative work related to customer support
*Occasionally physical work which will be to pick up simple/ small orders from warehouse or serve customers during events
Education and Experience
*Successful candidates must be energetic, professional, proactive and positive
*Experience in customer service
*Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
*Able to multi-task
*Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
*Able to work to deadlines, prioritize tasks appropriately and multitask effectively
*Post-Secondary education would be an asset
*Fluent Mandarin or Cantonese (spoken/ limited reading or writing is okay) and English skills - good written communication.
Work Schedule is 5 days in the following business days: Mondays to Thursdays are 1pm to 9pm, Fri 11am to 7pm, Saturday 10am to 6pm.
Wage is $17/ hour. Benefits after probationary period.
