Responsibilities

Work closely with the department heads to understand and ensure accuracy of all financial reporting activity.

Assist in preparation and distribution of financial statements.

Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule.

Working with corporate office to assist with accounting tasks.

Responsible for intercompany transactions

1. 与会计师事务楼税务对接

2. 公司内部成本核算

3. 日常流水复核及进出账打款


Qualifications

Diploma or equivalent educational background in Accounting.

2-3 years' experience in accounting.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QucikBooks.

Mandarin or Cantonese speaking is an asset.

Experience or knowledge about international tax laws is a big asset.
