工作职责：
1. 负责按照规定的开户认证程序为客户开户。及时提供报价并完成客户的加密数字货币买卖订单，无论是面对面还是远程，都努力为客户提供卓越的服务体验
2. 准确完整地记录每一笔交易相关信息
3. 为客户提供售前售后咨询，解答加密数字货币交易的相关问题
4. 负责一些一般性的发展新客户以及客户关系管理的活动，例如电话回访和电子邮件推广活动
5. 完成其它临时性任务

职位要求：
1. 有加密货币交易买卖或金融行业经验者优先，专上或大学毕业后有2-10年的工作经验，对数字有敏感度，需具备基本的计算机知识
2. 良好的英语表达和沟通能力（写作和口语），要求会讲流利的中文
3. 具有较强的责任心和客户服务意识，能够应对客户的有关数字货币交易的咨询和投诉
4. 学习能力强，能快速了解并学会使用公司的相关产品，为用户提供优良的服务和支持

What you do:
1. Responsible for customer onboarding with proper procedures. Providing price quote and facilitating the crypto buying or selling orders from customers end-to-end either in-person or remotely in a timely manner and delivering excellent customer experience

2. Keep accurate and complete record for every single transaction with required information

3. Provide customer pre and after-sales consultation and answering crypto transaction related questions from customers

4. Responsible for some general customer recruitment and customer relationship management activities, such as target phone call and email campaign etc.

5. Complete other related ad-hoc assignments

What you bring:
1. Previous crypto dealing or finance industry experience is definitely preferred, 2-10 years working experiences after post 2ndary education, be sensible to numbers, and basic computer literacy is required

2. Good English expression and communication skills (writing and speaking), mandarin speaking is required

3. Possess a strong sense of responsibility and customer service, able to cope with customer consultation and complaints

4.Strong learning capability, can quickly understand and adapt to the use of the company's products, to provide users with excellent support
